Brittany Ferries. The Cherbourg-Mouguerre multimodal motorway will open in 2024.

The project has been in the pipeline for several years: the Breton shipping company Brittany Ferries is going to set up a rail motorway between the port of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin and the European freight centre of Mouguerre, near Bayonne, in order to link Spain, Great Britain and Ireland via the French rail network.

This multimodal line is scheduled to open in spring 2024.
