Draisy light rail to be trialled to eventually revive the Sarreguemines-Niederbronn line

The Draisy light train is due to be trialled in 2027 on the Sarralbe-Kalhausen line. The prototype is currently being designed. This solution, devised by Lohr and the SNCF group, is designed to revitalise small railway lines. The aim for the Grand Est region is to reopen the Sarreguemines-Bitche-Niederbronn line.
