Lohr industrie, railway innovation in Alsace!

Last April, Le Mag visited the Lohr industrial site in Duppigheim, Alsace, to find out about the innovations of this company specialising in transport equipment.
We were welcomed by Julien Rat, Head of Rail Division, Corentine Vetterhoeffer, Communications Manager & Laurent Verdier, Innovation Manager. The day’s programme included a presentation of the site, the history of Lohr and its innovations, a tour of the workshops, a demonstration of the famous Modalohr wagon and transport around the 100,000m2, 65-hectare site in the Cristal electric shuttle. All in all, a very busy day.
